Make spending stress-free, quality time with your partner one of your priorities! You have a big job ahead of you and being in a happy relationship can bring sanity and joy to the challenging weeks ahead.
Week 35 - Day 3
Talk with your partner about your expectations for the time after the birth of your baby! Lack of good communication can lead to unnecessary disappointment.
Week 35 - Day 4
Decide on the most beneficial number of visits from family and friends in the hospital and after you return home. Share your decision with family members and friends, lovingly but firmly!
Week 35 - Day 5
With all the talk about the baby, older siblings can feel left out. Allow an older sibling to enjoy some of the exciting items you bought for the baby! This will not lead to permanent regression in your older child but to a more joyful acceptance of the tiny newcomer.
Week 35 - Day 6
Ask friends and neighbors with children about good pediatricians in your area. Make sure that the physician you choose supports your perspective on childcare!
Week 35 - Day 7
Take time to emotionally prepare for your baby. Soon you will be a mom. Write your thoughts into your memory book!
