The last weeks before your baby is born can be especially stressful. Make a list of things to do and prioritize! Ask for help from your partner and accept that some of the items on your list will not get done. That’s life!
Week 34 - Day 3
You may worry that your water will break in public. However, the amniotic sac almost always breaks during active labor in the hospital. If you are very concerned, wear a pad in your underwear to catch leaking fluid. If there happens to be a big gush, apologize for the mess and call your health care provider!
Week 34 - Day 4
During Braxton-Hicks contractions, you feel your uterus tightening. These practice contractions become more frequent during the last weeks of your pregnancy and stop on their own.
Week 34 - Day 5
Birthing a baby is not a walk on the beach. Thinking about the pain ahead can make you apprehensive. However, there are many natural ways and medical interventions to control pain. Talk to your health care provider about this!

Prepare yourself for breastfeeding with gentle breast massage. Make sure you have several nursing bras and disposable breast pads to catch leaking milk!
