Choose a day of the week!

Week 33 - Day 1
Your baby’s pupils react to light now. They widen in darkness and become smaller when it’s bright.14
Week 33 - Day 2
Your employer wants to know your pregnancy leave arrangement as early as possible. Discuss your needs with confidence and kindness! Cooperation usually leads to more satisfying agreements than confrontation.
Week 33 - Day 3
Gradually reduce your work load. It would be tough for your coworkers to take over your full schedule all at once.
Week 33 - Day 4
It’s best to include those who will inherit your projects in communications and possibly decision making. They should schedule deadlines that they have to meet during your absence.
Week 33 - Day 5
You will see your health care provider more often now. Don’t forget to include these appointments in your work calendar!
Week 33 - Day 6
Clearly communicate your intention to return to your job after your baby is born and your expectations for your position when you come back to work!
Week 33 - Day 7
If you are planning to become a stay-at-home mom after your baby is born, organize a small good-bye party for your coworkers and your boss. Then stay in touch with everyone!
