Gradually reduce your work load. It would be tough for your coworkers to take over your full schedule all at once.
Week 33 - Day 4
It’s best to include those who will inherit your projects in communications and possibly decision making. They should schedule deadlines that they have to meet during your absence.

You will see your health care provider more often now. Don’t forget to include these appointments in your work calendar!

Clearly communicate your intention to return to your job after your baby is born and your expectations for your position when you come back to work!

If you are planning to become a stay-at-home mom after your baby is born, organize a small good-bye party for your coworkers and your boss. Then stay in touch with everyone!
