This is not the time to begin a weight loss diet. Keep track of the calories you eat, focus on healthy foods and stay within the weight gain recommendations from your health care provider!

Include your partner and children in your healthy food plan! They will benefit also.

During this week, your baby girl’s ovaries are producing millions of eggs. One day, she may carry her own baby, just like you are doing right now.11
