Choose a day of the week!

Week 10 - Day 1
This week, your baby’s brain will grow rapidly. It will produce about 250,000 new nerve cells per minute!1
Week 10 - Day 2
Even though your baby is growing quickly, he does not require many calories to do so. To support your baby’s growth, focus on eating quality food rather than consuming greater quantity.
Week 10 - Day 3
Having smaller meals and including iron-rich foods such as beef and spinach in your diet can boost your energy.
Week 10 - Day 4
Your partner also will have to get ready for your baby. A steak dinner will provide iron for energy and can be fun for both of you. Make sure you cook the meat enough to prevent food poisoning!
Week 10 - Day 5
Your baby’s skeleton is beginning to develop.1 It’s important that your diet includes enough calcium for you and your growing baby!
Week 10 - Day 6
Did you know that prenatal supplements do not contain enough calcium for your pregnancy? The pill size would be too large for you to swallow.
Week 10 - Day 7
Milk and milk products can supply the calcium you need during your pregnancy. Fortified orange juice and nuts also are great sources of calcium.
